Hongdefa meet you in Zimbabwe or South Africa for flour mill 7th to 19th 2018

Be honored of clients’ invitation, Hongdefa team will visit Zimbabwe and South Africa for meeting some clients and visiting of some old clients on corn flour mill machine and wheat flour milling machinery. Our technical manager Mr Huang and Boss Mrs Guo will start their visit in Zimbabwe, from 7^th October 2018 to 14^th October 2018, and South Africa from 14th October 2018 to 18^th October .

The Gweru, Zimbabwe client ordered this 90T/24H corn flour mill machine from Hongdefa flour mill machine factory in 2015, and in 2016 it’s installed smoothly and started the production of corn grits.

For this 90T/24H corn flour mill machine, it use Japan technology degerminator, which can produce "super white" corn grits of different sizes. The moisture dampener is of two layer and stainless steel. In the milling section, it use Pneumatic roller mill, For the sifting, normally for big corn flour milling, we have different choices, plan sifter or double section sifters, for this client, we have made the special design for him as his workshop building is just about 7 meters. The North west province, South Africa client ordered the biggest 3 sets 500T/24H corn flour mill machinery from Hongdefa factory in 2013.

For this 500T/24H corn mill machine factory, it is of six floor steel structure building. To make the corn flour mill machine into different floors, the cleaning section at the upper floor can get super clean raw corn, and after moisture it is good to move down to the milling section. In the cleaning section, we use Japan technology degerminator, which can produce "super white" corn grits of different sizes. The moisture dampener is of two layer and stainless steel. In the milling section, it use Pneumatic roller mill, For the sifting, normally for big corn flour milling, we have different choices, plan sifter .This is the outlook photo of the corn flour mill machine factory.
