In July 26th ,in HDF corn flour mill factory we load the corn flour mill machineine to containers. HDF corn flour mill machineinery has standard wooden package for corn grinding machinery. We will pack corn flour production line by the protect film inner, water-repellent plastic outside. The wood packing is necessary if it send by less than a container. The corn flour mill factory will fixed by steel rope in the container. Make sure it will in good condition when arrived at destination.

The 50t/24h corn flour mill machine of Hongdefa machinery is a complete set of equipment. With four steps processing: corn  clean--corn degerminating--corn milling--packing.

In cleaning, adopt double stainless steel damper and stainless steel wet bin.

To corn degerminting, it adopt of Japanese advanced technology degerminator is used to scrub off embryos, embryos and peel them out.

In milling system, The process adopts automatic double rolling mill, stainless steel pipeline.

The packing process adopts automatic packing scales, packing 1-5kg and 25-50 kg. Our products adopt fully automatic PLC control system.
